To request a return, email us at support@kartzzy.com within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your Order ID
- Photos of the product
- A mandatory unboxing video (required for damage/incorrect item claims)

For Print-on-Demand products, restocking depends on the availability of base materials or sizes.

We currently ship orders across India to most serviceable PIN codes.

International shipping is not available at the moment.
